Reviews and Ratings
My room didn't have a window, but it did have a fire escape into the garden which didn't shut that well, letting in noise and insects. The bathroom had issues like a non-working sink plug, lukewarm shower, and a door that didn't close properly. On the positive side, the room was clean but old, and I had to request to turn on the air-conditioning as it was cold. The hotel did have two balconies, but being close to the corridor and garden meant hearing everyone coming and going.
I had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The rooms were clean and modern, although the noise from the water running and pipes banging kept me up at night. The staff were wonderful, from room service to the front desk. The location was super convenient, with easy access to the Metro, but unfortunately not everything was in English. The dining options were superb, offering a variety of fresh foods. Overall, a mixed experience with some great aspects and a few drawbacks.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of pleasant and not-so-great experiences. The room, though lovely and clean, was unfortunately located on the first floor next to the fire exit, which wasn't ideal. On the bright side, the hotel is conveniently close to the Turbetina bus/train terminal and local buses for easy access to central Rome. The rooftop breakfast setting offered excellent options, and the staff, while helpful, could use a bit more detail in their explanations.
The hotel offers a great value for money. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and spacious, with good-sized towels and a great shower. The staff was friendly and accommodating, providing excellent service overall. The location was convenient, just a short walk from the tube station. The dining experience was varied and of excellent quality, although the lack of a window in the room was a drawback.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms, although exceptionally clean, didn't meet my living standards and lacked soundproofing. The service was top-notch with extremely helpful and friendly staff. The location, while convenient with easy access to the metro and attractions, had some issues known during reservation. The dining experience offered a good variety, but with some missing items. Overall, a decent stay with some areas for improvement.
My stay at the hotel was pretty good overall. The room, although comfortable, had a minor issue with the bed rollers that made it tricky to stay on one side at times. It was basic but served its purpose well after a long day of sightseeing. The room had all the necessary amenities, including a kettle, hairdryer, large TV, and a fridge with a mini-bar.
I stayed at this hotel recently and found it to be a mixed experience. The location was convenient to transportation options like the metro, and the staff was very helpful and accommodating. However, the room had some issues like the lack of a window, poor sound insulation, and maintenance problems. The dining was decent but not exceptional. Overall, a moderately satisfying stay with a few drawbacks.
The hotel has neat and clean rooms with a large patio, although they felt a bit cramped for a 4-star hotel. The staff was really nice and helpful, making the stay pleasant overall.
I stayed at this hotel and had a mixed experience. The rooms were not soundproof, so we could hear noise from neighboring guests and the corridor. Initially, our room didn't have a balcony as expected, but after requesting a change, we were moved to a larger room with a king-size bed, which greatly improved our comfort. However, it wasn't ideal that we had to request this change upon arrival.
I had a great stay at the hotel! The rooms were spacious and equipped with a minibar and coffee machine, plus a terrace for a lovely view. The very good breakfast provided excellent options in a charming rooftop setting. The staff was helpful, although some things needed extra explanation. One minor drawback was the room opening onto the smokers' yard.
